Shipping policy

All shipping is handled by ZAJEL Courier Service. We offer free shipping on all orders within United Arab Emirates. Please note that Next Day Delivery is applicable on orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+4). For items in stock it may take up to 2-3 days for your order to be shipped. We don't ship to the European Union just yet, you can contact us at contact@kidd.ae regarding this matter and we will contact you accordingly.

Please make sure to double check the shipping address you have entered before submitting your order, as we will not be accountable for any loss if the shipping address is incorrect and your order doesn't get to you for that reason.
